She left her home to the town as a museum — so the place that held her practice would hold its history.
An early practicing physician in Kinnelon whose home and office is now L'Ecole, the Kinnelon Museum. A pioneer in women's health and oncology and one of the earliest advocates of female cancer screening, she bequeathed her property to the borough to serve as a museum preserving Kinnelon's history. Visitors can still see one of her examination rooms.
